Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York

The hotel's location in midtown was superb, room well-designed and staff very helpful during the internet outage. A few downsides include noisy Room 501 near a food truck, awkward shower in-room, and lack of seating. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay that exceeded expectations in NYC.

The hotel had a cozy boutique vibe, with friendly staff and comfy beds. The room was well-designed, and I enjoyed the free coffee and cookies. The location was perfect for exploring NYC, though some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. A charming stay.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a safe area, so close to centre Manhattan as well as Hell's Kitchen & Chelsea. I loved the room, it was stylish and brand-new. I came here for 4 nights and had a very nice stay.

The whole experience was nice. Delightful brand-new hotel, its staff and location were very good. The room was great and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

hip new hotel, i loved its central location close enough to the airports as well as penn station. i had goodies and coffee at acuario cafe, it was located very close to the venue.

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was colorful and fairly clean, it had unbeatable location in the area. Also, I truly enjoyed how handy the location was. Easy check in and exceptional service overall. Everything great.

The staff at the hotel were top-notch, always super welcoming and on the ball. The room was comfy, with a big TV for downtime, and the location - perfect for getting around the city. We were stoked about the complementary coffee, water bottles, and laptop safe in the room, plus the shower pressure was dynamite 💧. Thought there was a rooftop for all guests, but it's just for certain rooms, was the only downside. All in all, a solid stay!

The vibrant colors of the hotel's brand new building create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Staying here was like being immersed in a contemporary art exhibit, with vibrant hues and stylish design at every turn. It felt like living inside a modern art masterpiece.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the zany decor and pineapple themed amenities, to the comfortable bed and generous room size. The location was great, close to Penn central station and public transportation, making it easy to explore this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, storing our bags before check-in and providing delicious pineapple cookies.

This place has a great location, it's just a short walk from Penn Central, so it's a breeze to get here from the airport. I loved how close it was to Times Square and Penn Station too, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, from towels to toothpaste. There were plenty of amenities in the room, including a television and tea and coffee facilities. I really appreciated the free toiletries in the bathroom. The rooms were very clean and had a nice, cozy feel to them.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location near major attractions, comfortable and modern rooms with great amenities like streaming to TV, helpful and knowledgeable staff who were always ready to assist, complimentary beverages and treats were a nice touch, and a clean and inviting overall atmosphere.

The cozy lobby and beautiful mosaics on the floor added a touch of class and warmth to the atmosphere, making it perfect for senior people like me. Additionally, the hotel's central location in Midtown Manhattan made it incredibly accessible, allowing me to easily explore popular points of interest without having to worry about long walks or complicated transportation.

The only thing I would ask for is for the children of the staff to provide chairs with a more stable base for a better vacation experience for senior people.

I wasn't a fan of the cable TV in the double room, but I get that others might enjoy it.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of bus terminals, subway stations, Penn station, Times Square, and Macy's. Being so close to nature, I appreciated the generous room size, individual heating/aircon unit, and the fact that the windows opened.

Stayed at Staypineapple for 3 nights during a city visit. Excellent customer service, prompt and friendly. Spotlessly clean rooms with a well-designed layout. Surprisingly quiet despite the bustling location. Loved the pineapple theme throughout the hotel. Helpful staff provided a sheet and a fridge when requested. Conveniently located near a subway stop. a great value for the price.
